In the light sandy-clay soils of the Amyntaio plateau at an altitude of 500m. Thanks to the micro-climatic conditions of the area, with the great alternation of day/night temperatures, the Sauvignon blanc yields intense botanical and floral aromas and cool crisp acidity. Botanical aromas of green pepper and white and black pepper as well as floral aromas, exotic citrus notes are also discernible. Origin Amyntaio and Xinou Nerou Florina. Sauvignon Blanc 100%.
